Britannia Dungeons - Sanctuary

The Sanctuary Dungeon is located south of Yew. You have to follow a small path into the mountains to get the the entrance. The Sanctuary is the home of the outcast elves who have been exiled from Heartwood.

When you walk through the barred door, you will find yourself in a big messy cave which is inhabited by a number of various monsters. The elves back in the Sanctuary Garden at the southern end of the dungeon will welcome anyone, even murderers. There you can receive several quests, including a Spellweaving quest. In the middle of the dungeon there is the War Zone. Here, all kinds of creatures are fighting each other, even their own kin. However, they will turn against any intruder immediately.
Several small holes in the ground hidden all over the dungeon will lead down into the secret Sanctuary Caves. These caves are inhabited by various ratmen, and they can be used as an alternative and less dangerous route through the dungeon. One point in the caves even serves as a secret exit of the Sanctuary Dungeon. Be wary, traveller! There may be less dangerous monsters in the Sanctuary Caves, but on the floor there are hidden deadly traps, on which you should not step.
