On a Tropical Island
t was a bad habit of a lot of
Britannian citizens to place houses in the most inconvenient places. Some houses blocked moongates, roads, dungeon entrances
and other popular areas. This was an annoyance to those travelers who wanted to enjoy the beauty of Britannia.
Today, I finally met Kurt, a friend who had sent me several messages before. He said he had discovered a strange landmark when
he stranded on a deserted island by mistake. We decided to make a trip to this island and take a closer look at it.
There we found a temple-like structure which looked very similar to the teleporters I had seen in Moonglow.
A sign told us that obviously this place had been misused before by people placing illegal houses.

We investigated the area and the whole island, but couldn't find anything unusual or mystical, except the landmark itself. We talked a lot about this experience, and agreed that it was good that some measures had been taken against the scum who did nothing but ruin the landscape. During this trip I hunted a few birds to collect some feathers for McBykar. Next, we decided to visit the Hedge Maze, a place that had fascinated me very much during my last visit.

Once we had entered the maze, we enjoyed its mysterious aura, discovered beautifully maintained gardens, sat in the shadow of a tree and talked. These experiences made Britannia worth living in. The Hedge Maze once again had put spell upon us. During our stroll through the Hede Maze we also came across strange mystical temples. They looked like ancient places breathing the history of Britannia's rise. On the mage tower in the center of the maze, we detected a guild stone which hadn't been here at my last visit. Could this place have become the home of a new guild? A guy named Jesus, whom we met on our way back home, told us that elves usually lived here and would ask any traveller for a toll.
