Epilogue Part I

My once so exciting life in Britannia started in the beginning of 1998 on Catskills. Britannia was so new, so exciting. I remember exactly the time, when I killed my first grizzly with my first character Mad Biker. He felt like the king of Britannia! Equipped with only a studded leather armor he then continued to become more and more better in his skills. With his friend KugelBlitz he attacked his first monster, an orc. KugelBlitz taught Mad Biker many things, and helped him as he still was a newbie. Working his way up to an experienced Adept Swordsman took him about eight weeks! After this  time he saw his first spellbook. Equipped with a mage's hat he trained his intelligence and magery skill.
On his first dungeon visit Mad Biker's heart almost stood still, as he entered the blackness and heard all the strange noises around him.
He had to learn many lessons with evil players and vile murderers, before Mad Biker actually killed one himself. This was the first and the last time, he killed a human being in Britannia. Unfortunately he didn't get no bounty money for his head, but revenge was done. This guy had attacked Mad Biker and his friends, who had just lost all their equipment. Rage was their drive, and fury controlled their thoughts.
Life in Britannia was getting more and more fun, as Mad Biker joined his first guild and met friends and companions, who adventured together with him.
Many exciting hours and days passed, as I spent all possible time in this enchated multiverse. Strange quests, like the desperate attempt of Angwyn, events and excessive roleplaying destined Mad Biker's future paths.
The horror itself was the dungeon Hythloth, but thanks to teaming up with KugelBlitz, Mad Biker didn't lose with this dungeon visit, but gained a lot of experience.
He continued spending most of the time in dungeons and respawn areas, in order to train his fighting skills. As he was able to recall, Mad Biker walked and used the moongates despite. That is how Mad Biker soon gained the reputation of a Pilgrim.
Soon Mad Biker had become a Noble Lord and a Master Warrior. He had gained fame and seen almost every dungeon in Britannia. At this time he felt some emptiness inside him. What to do next? After he was killed by a murderer, Mad Biker decided to leave everything behind, stuff all his equipment in his bank box, and wander through Britannia to meet people and explore strange places. This was when his life got a new sense. He met strange people, from orcish roleplayers to the elves. Talking with murderers, visiting secret areas and reading ancient books in old libraries showed him, that life in Britannia was more than just fame and riches. Meeting his friend Sorcall the Woodrunner he was confirmed with his plans.
Alas Mad Biker felt weak, for he still noticed that many so called "noble" fighters didn't deserve their good reputation. Meanness and betrayal everywhere. He watched exploitation and senseless killing, what made him feel weak. The hunger for life left him, shortly after he had met McBykar, the Man of the River. He adopted McBykar and inherited all his knowledge to his son. Mad Biker died.

McBykar had learned a lot from his father before he was left alone. He soon became a member of the Lords of the Eight Virtues, where he was the squire of KugelBlitz. Due to his two experienced teachers McBykar soon learned about how to fight with a bow, cast spells, and talk in a polite language.

"Gag me with a spoon" was all that remained from his village talk, and these words escaped his lips quite often.
McBykar continued on the path of his father and made pilgrimages through the country. One day in Covetous he met Kurt, and the two became close friends. The two friends stood up to many dangerous adventures and met some new friends.
McBykar was fascinated by the pilgrim tours again and again, and continued exploring the world in order to gain knowledge and wisdom. He successfully fought evil mages and talked to the arrogant High Elves. He met with Sorcall, Mad Biker's friend, and walked through the woods of Yew. They often sat the whole night beside the warm campfire in the woods and talked about the past and the future.
