Destruction of a Shrine

 he smell of flames and fume hurt my
lungs, as we approached the Shrine of Sacrifice. What we saw filled our hearts with
sadness. Flames were licking up to the skies, and the Shrine was missing! The once so
peaceful and beautiful place was devastated and demolished. What kind of evil would have
the power to accomplish that? |
| As we investigated the area around the shrine, we found a strange palisade in the middle of the woods. A campfire and some bone piles proved, that evil beings must have feasted upon the remains of whatever. Alas, we didn't find any other traces. We also checked out all the other shrines, but we could not discover anything unusual there. |  |
