The Trinsic Conflict

ook and Hawkeye met at the bridge which connected the barrier isle with the city of Trinsic. They hadn't seen each other for a long time, and this time the challenge was big: Together with their crew they planned to establish a smuggling outpost in this city. When the other pirates arrived, crates and furniture were arranged on the bridge, while some pirates scouted secretly the streets of Trinsic.

The demands of the pirates were clear: 200,000 gold pieces from the Paladins of Trinsic, or there would be no more peace inside the city walls. The days of Juo'nar were past, but the days of the pirates had just begun.
Alas the first negotiation had a bloody outcome, for the Paladins rather decided to die instead of paying the pirates. This was enough, the United Pirates decided to take over the Paladin's Guild Hall, and steal the city key of Trinsic. Their forces gathered at the front door of the Paladins' headquarter where they repeated their demands.

Instead of recognizing that the situation was hopeless the Paladins decided to risk another fight. A few minutes later the victorious Hook occupied the office of the Paladin leader Rutger. It looks like the final words in this conflict have not been spoken yet...
