Orc Attack on Yew

ews about an Orc attack had reached Buccaneer's Den, and the pirates quickly gathered to make plans. It was time for loot and plunder again, and if it wasn't the landlubbers of Yew, it would be the orcs who obviously planned a mayor attack on this town. Quickly a crew gathered, and the pirates travelled to the town in the woods.

When they arrived, a big army of fighters had gathered already, and everybody seemed to be prepared. Too well prepared maybe.

Suddenly some orcs were spotted south of Yew, and some zealous fighters spread out to swing their rusty weapons again. Also the pirates couldn't keep themselves back any longer and headed southward looking for orcs. Near the deep forest healer the first gang of orcs was sighted, and the battle begun.

Apart from being a big chaos, the battle was exciting, and the orcs had to fight a vast majority of well equipped knights. But they didn't have a chance in the first place. Magic spells and sharp blades hit them with full force, and only due to their cunning tactics of separating the groups of fighters there were also victims on the human side.

The outcome was neither loot nor wealth, but at least everybody was able to train some combat skills and feel the excitement of a big battle again.

A while later, the United Pirates decided to pay the Orc Fort another visit to see if there was anything worth plundering. The Orcs knew how to defend themselves, but in the end they had to surrender to the superiority of the pirates.
