The Invasion of Magincia

ete Ninefinger and his fellow scoundrel were on one of their boat trips, when they passed the island of Magincia and noticed something was very wrong. They had realized before that it wasn't possible anymore to travel to the island by landlubber means (recall or moongate). It hand't bothered them much because Magincia was not one of their favorite places anyway. But as they were curious by nature, they dropped anchor by the Magincia shore to take a peek at what was going on here.

Because he was not only curious but also careful, Pete Ninefinger used his stealth skill to sneak towards the town of Magincia. What he saw there was shocking and irritating, and yet quite interesting. It looked like Magincia was totally destroyed. Buildings were torn down and rubble was lying on the floor. Daemons were haunting the island now, killing every intruder on sight. Only few and most skilled fighters dared to come here and engage the creatures from hell.

Pete stealthed around a little bit to watch the battle between monster and man, before he decided to retreat and return to the ship. He would have to tell Hawkeye Pike about this event.
