hat's happening in Britannia? Luna was more of a mess than ever. Someone had clearly been exaggerating with the promotion of their shops. Sharkeye considered the mass of littered runes rather contraproductive. Who would bother to read all their markings and select from hundreds of these items? Probably noone. Sharkeye picked up a few which he needed to mark over. At least he had saved some gold and didn't have to buy new runes.

The land was covered in snow as Christmas was nearing. Sharkeye Pike met with a bunch of landlubbers by the Blighted Grove, in order to visit Melisande for a cup of hot wine puch. The pirate was shivering. It had become cold in the northern regions of Britannia. The temperatures had dropped below zero. Never before he had seen such a beautiful snow cover on the Britannian landscape.

When fighting at a Champion Spawn in Ilshenar, Sharkeye received a Scroll of Transcendence - a reward he had never seen before. Fortunately, just before the spawning creatures became too dangerous for Sharkeye to face them all by himself, two other fighters appeared and supported him, until finally Barracoon the Piper appeared and was slain. Afterwards, Sharkeye Pike found a strange swamp floor tile in his backpack. He had no idea what he should do with that...

A much more dangerous place, especially for a person with bad karma like Sharkeye Pike, was the Lord Oaks champion spawn. Pixies, Unicorns, Ki-Rins, they all attacked the pirate on sight due to his bad reputation. He managed to survive the battle and faced the Lord Oaks finally, but was unlucky with rewards.

Hawkeye Pike, Sharkeye's brother, had an assignment: He was to find animal pheromones for his brother Andrej, which was one of the ingredients needed to craft a hitching post. Hawkeye found out that these pheromones could be found on Fire Rabbits, who lived near the lava area of Mt. Sho in Tokuno. At first it was difficult to slay the rabbit, as it was jumping around at incredible speed and finall dug a rabbit hole and vanished. But after he had figured out the right tactics, Hawkeye finally managed to kill those strange creatures.

The pirate had to kill at least 50 of them before he finally found the sought-after ingredient. He safely brought the animal pheromones back to his house. His brother Andrej Pike would be satisfied!

More strange things happened in Britannia. Slimes with strange behavior were sighted on the fields west of Britain. Rumor had it that these creatures have been driven out of their dungeon by dark forces, making random appearances throughout Britannia. They moved very fast, knocked everyone who got near off their mount and sometimes poisoned their pursuers deadly. However, hunting those slimes was quite interesting, as you could color artifacts and enhanced metal items from their secretion. The challenge was, to get near a slime and use it as dye.

It had been a stupid idea. But Hawkeye liked stupid ideas! Together with his crew mate he spontaneously built a boat bridge which connected the pirate lagoon with the mainland. Only seven ships were needed to cross the channel.

In the following weeks, slimes were appearing in different locations of Britannia. One week they could be found in the Hedge Maze, after that in the Yamotsu Mines.
