Red Skull Bay Under Construction

hen the pirate Sharkeye Pike woke up this afternoon and stepped out of the Jolly Roger Inn, he could hardly believe his eyes. He saw a big wooden construction right by the beach of the Red Skull Bay. Thick piers had been forced into the depths of the ocean, probably to carry some kind of building. Unwillingly, Sharkeye had to think of all the dead landlubbers they had buried down there. He brushed off that thought and grinned.

Sharkeye, Kasaven and a few pirates witnessed how Mesanna fitted wooden planks onto the piers, and they suddenly realized that indeed docks were just built here. Different looking than the design suggestion he had sent a while ago, but even much bigger and very promising looking.

After the platform was finished, the pirate tested if he was able to jump off his boat onto the docks. It worked! There was room for at least three anchored boats. Time to look for a harbor master to manage the sea traffic?

Then Mesanna fitted signal fires onto some poles, which solved the problem of a missing lighthouse. Now the docks could easily be found even after nightfall. When Sharkeye Pike walked across the new planks, he thought he heared some strange whispering and knocking from below, but it probably was just his imagination.

The docks were almost finished! The looked fantastic and would be a perfect place to host boat races, fishing events and tournaments in the future. Mesanna had done a great job indeed!
