The Wedding

he next day I received an invitation by PhantomY, in which he announced his wedding with a beautiful lady by the Shrine of Sacrifice. I would make this the starting point of my second pilgrimage. I arrived at the shrine long before the first guests appeared, and I spent some time meditating and speaking the mantra. The Shrine of Sacrifice was beautiful and also very meaningful. What did I sacrifice for friends or even strangers?

The wedding ceremony was beautiful. Many guests had come. They brought presents and congratulated the happily couple. What a romantic location for a wedding!

Afterwards, we all were invited to a large tower where a party should take place. I enjoyed one last time the beautiful things in life, before I would lead the abstemious life of a pilgrim again. Food, wine and liqueurs soon made me tired and I fell asleep. As I woke up, the other guests had already disappeared. I was alone and the host guided to the door.
It was time to be a pilgrim again!
