The Grave of Khal Ankur

Four pirates set out to visit one of the most eerie places of Britannia, the Dungeon Khaldun. This place was once the hidden tomb of Khal Ankur and his legions, which had been reopened by a group of archeologists with the discovery of the Lost Lands. Today, the four cursed discoverers Tavara Sewel, Morg Bergen, Grimmoch Drummel and Lysander Gathenwale haunt the caves of this tomb, fighting an eternal battle against the undead Zealots of Khaldun.

Sharkeye Pike, Va'lis Razele, Lumberlord and Argus Bloodbeard gathered by the crumbled stone stairs southeast of the Minoc Cave Passage in the Lost Lands, Felucca, getting ready to descend.

They immediately were faced with cursed archeologists attacking them. The pirates fended off the threat, and Hawkeye picked up a journal from Grimmoch which he would lock down in his library upon his return. A lot of strange caverns and places were hidden in this creepy dungeon. The pirates continued and explored...

Deep in the eastern part of the dungeon, they found one of the great horrors of this place: The Tentacles of the Harrower, sitting in a pool of blood. The pirates engaged it. However, this creature hardly could be harmed by melee attacks. It sucked the life energy out of the attackers and regenerated from it. Fire and energy vortices finally brought it down.

Through a black hole in the ground, the adventurers accessed a hidden chamber which contained a few treasure chests. One of those chests was secured by a puzzle lock. To their own relief, the pirates didn't drink too much ale before this trip, and were able to solve the riddle quickly. They looted the treasure and continued their expedition.

Another part of the cave was only accessible by activating two levers hidden in Khaldun. The first lever revealed the second one, and upon activating the second lever, the heavy stone door to the hidden chambers swung open.

They found another chest with a puzzle lock and managed to open and loot it. They had seen most of the dungeon now and decided to leave. The dungeon was not as dangerous as Hawkeye remembered it from the Early Days. When they stepped out into the daylight, Hawkeye decided to come back one day to search for more diaries for his library.
