The True Harrower

large number of fighters and their pets had gathered in the Destard Dungeon in the Felucca facet. They had set out to kill the Harrower, one of the most dangerous and challenging creatures of Sosoria. To summon the Harrower, a number of fighters had done all the preparations. They finished Felucca champion spawns in order to gather six champion skulls, which they had to place on an altar in the Star Room beneath the Terathan Dungeon.

Instructions had been handed out, preparations were made. Then the group approached the Harrower. It was a harmless looking humanoid in a dark hooded shroud. Dragons were immediately sicked on the creature, and it turned out to be very dangerous. The Harrower was capable of an evil trick: One fighter was killed by the Harrower, and his corpse exploded together with all items in the corpse. Fortunately, his insured items were not lost.

When the Harrower's health finally was low, it suddenly disappeared. Ar dark voice echoed through the cave: "Behold my True Form!" A giant black monster with tentacles appeared - the True Harrower. It was surrounded by several Tentacles of the Harrower, which healed the Harrower and could only be damaged when standing right next to them. Thus, the Tentacles were to be killed first.

After the Tentacles had been defeated, a long battle against the True Harrower began. Fortunately, the True Harrower is immobile. The main job was, to keep the Dragon pets alive without getting too close. When the Harrower finally died, many piles of gold dropped to the ground, and a number of players received Stat enhancing scrolls (Powerscrolls) as a reward.

Now the group had to get out of Destard without being ambushed, which was luckily accomplished. Afterwards they gathered in New Haven to gamble for the Powerscrolls. This truely had been an interesting adventure!
