Relvinian's Return

asaven had called the citizens of Britannia to his aid again. Owain Surrey, who had been devoured by the earth at Relvinian's grave in the Hedge Maze, had returned with disturbing news. Relivinian still was in possession of one of the fragments of the Gem of Imortality and had placed the crystal into an altar deep down in his tomb. There he began to summon the creature known as Baratoz. The group was called to help destroy Relivinian's artifacts before he was able to complete his summoning.

A gate led the large group into the Hedge Maze, and there they spoke the keyword "finalrest" which allowed them to access the crypt.

Down in the crypt a number of guardians awaited the fighters, and a battle begun. Relvinian was found standing inside a magic field, and it was impossible to get to him. When the last of Relivinan's Dragons was slain, the quest began...

The search led them to several caves in this dungeon, which reminded Sharkeye very much of the Khaldun Dungeon. In once corner of the caves they found a skull which suddenly talked to them and said:
"Seek our brother, he resides in the glowing grave. Ask him how he was slain by Relvinian."

Soon Sharkeye found a rotten corpse in a hidden cavern, and upon questioning it, it answered:
"Bound to mortality by spiritual manacles, my flesh was consumed by demonous cannibals."

When the pirate finally had solved all the riddles and returned back to the entrance of the crypt to speak the magic command for releasing Relvinian and questioning him, a battle was already in full swing. It seemed that meanwhile Relivian had finished summoning the daemonous creature named Baratoz and the floor was already covered with dead people. Quickly Sharkeye grabbed his demon slayer spellbook and prepared for the big fight...

When Baratoz was finally defeated, Owain Surrey questioned Relvinian, who seemed not very cooperative. Owain demanded the crystal from Relvinian. But relvinian escaped, again.
