On the Vesper Graveyard

Just short before the funeral of our recently deceased hero Mad Biker, the town criers were shouting out messages in every city:
"Please come pay thy last respects for Sage Humbolt at the library in Britain. Sage Humbolt sacrificed his life to save the realm. Come say thy farewells!"
What a coincidence! McBykar had announced his adoptive father's funeral several days ago. He went to Britain as soon as possible, to pay his respect to the martyr who had given his life to destroy the liches Lathiari and Kyrnia. His coffin was surrounded by flowers, and some of his books were exposed on a nearby table. Then McBykar headed directly to the graveyard of Vesper to prepare the funeral of Mad Biker.

When he arrived at the cemetery, McBykar lighted the entrance and the path leading to the grave with torches. Then he laid down a book with Mad Biker's last words on the grave, arranging some torches around it.

When the guests had arrived, McBykar held a little speach in memory of his dear adoptive father

"Dear guests and visitors! We art gathered hither to say farewell to Mad Biker, a good friend, reliable companion and fighter for justice and peace. I want to honor him one last time before his ashes will be gone with the wind and blown across the green meadows of Britannia. Mad Biker, thou didst fight and give thy life for thine only goal: Tolerance, honesty and freedom. Thy noble intention did not fail with thine woeful death. Thy path will be continued by thine heir McBykar, and also by all those who helped and aided thee once. We all know thou regret that thou never didst have the chance to thank and say goodbye to your loyal friends and companions. I also know thou wouldst wish us now to be merry again and celebrate, for thou now have entered a better world. We will keep thee in our memory. Fare thee well, Mad Biker! Earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust."

These were the last words of Mad Biker:

Thy flesh will rot
And disappear!
Thy soul will not,
For those who fear!
Find a new way,
'Tis said it will.
And shining grey
For justice still.
But 'til the day
When justice done
Sleep it may
Then mighty come!
Doe grip thy staff
Thou ancient hand
And spread the news
Throughout the land.

The guests Alistair Rudrak, Benu Boine, Folco, Wilhelm Tell, Kurt, KugelBlitz, Lew, Lizarda, Lorin, Macbeth the Scot, Rho, Samoth and Uwe showed their last respect before the grave was closed. Then they met at the house of the Lors of Virtues to celebrate and be merry, just as Mad Biker had wished.
